Before engaging into trainings in personal development, training and psychology areas, I first worked for 15 years in large companies exploring varied sectors such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, insurance and others.
As a buyer and project manager, I have acquired essential structure and pragmatism.
My appetite for knowledge pushed me to explore different fields, to create links between seemingly distant subjects.
I trained professionally in training, mediation and coaching. Many resources are at my disposal such as NVC Non-Violent Communication for conflict management, psychodrama to 'show instead of talking', sketchnoting/visual facilitation to facilitate learning, the use of psychogenealogy tools to explore the past and learn from it or even mindfulness meditation to manage stress.
