FAMILY MEDIATION
Family mediation in Belgium is a alternative method of conflict resolution governed by the Law.
A mediator intervenes to help the parties working out on a fair and lasting agreement that meets their needs.
This confidential process allowS to develop and deepen the needs of each party and analyze several options to choose the most satisfactory solution.
In the event of an agreement concluded within the framework of a separation, it will have legal force through approval by the family court.

What does mediation cost ?
For any conflict outside of separation/divorce:

1 session of 1h30: 120 euros including VAT to be divided between the parties

1 individual interview 1 hour: 60 euros incl. VAT
In the case of separations/divorce, I choose to work in co-mediation with another certified family mediator.
